Why Did the Chicken Cross the Road

BARACK OBAMA: The chicken crossed the road because it was time for a CHANGE! The chicken wanted CHANGE!

JOHN MCCAIN: My friends, that chicken crossed the road because it recognized the need to engage in cooperation and dialogue with all the chickens on the other side of the road.

HILLARY CLINTON: When I was First Lady, I personally helped that little chicken cross the road. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to ensure -- right from Day One! -- that every chicken in this country gets the chance it deserves to cross the road. But then, this really isn't about me.......

GEORGE W. BUSH: We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road or not. The chicken is either against us, or for us. There is no middle ground here.

JOHN LENNON: Imagine all the chickens in the world crossing the road together, in peace.

BILL GATES: I have just released eChicken2008, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your check book. Internet Explorer is an integral part of the Chicken. This new platform is much more stable and will never cra...#@^(C% .......... reboot

BILL CLINTON: I did not cross the road with THAT chicken. What is your definition of chicken?

AL GORE: Chicken shall not shit while crossing the road. This is for a green environment.

LEE KUAN YEW: We have installed crossing lights at all traffic junctions. All chickens should follow instructions while crossing the road

SAMY VELLU: Gantry points have been set up. All chickens wanting to cross the road are advised to top up their cash cards first.

NAJIB RAZAK: What chickens? I don't know any chickens... especially those from Mongolia...

ABDULLAH BADAWI: We have to be fair to all chickens. Some want to cross over the road, some do not. ........ Zzzzzz .......zzzzzz ....... Now what were we talking about? Ah yes, chickens. We will form a Royal Commission to decide whether it is right for them to cross the road.

MAHATHIR: Now even non-bumi chickens want to cross the road! How can they disrespect and disregard apa nama bumi chickens? We must be allowed to cross over first. It is our special privilege and no one can challenge that!

ANWAR: We have enough chickens waiting to cross over in September.

SHAHRIR: All foreign chickens are welcome in Malaysia but they must not cross over the road within 50km of the border.

Adalah dipercayai ia diperkenalkan sekitar tahun 1920-an.
Disana sini kelibat pemain skuasy negara berjuang melakar kejayaan diri demi negara.
Kejayaan Nicol Ann David menjuarai kejohanan skuasy Terbuka Hong Kong sekaligus ternobat selaku pemain nombor satu dunia, sewajarnya dijadikan impian seimbang buat lain-lain atlit.

Health Related

Types of Fitness: Health-related
Health related fitness is what everyone should have whether they play a sport or not. Keeping the body fit for health incorporates the following components:

1) Cardiovascular fitness
Requires the heart and blood vessels to supply the working muscles with oxygen for long periods of time.
Strength
Is normally measured by the amount of weight the muscles can lift, or applying a force against a resistance.

2) Strength
Is normally measured by the amount of weight the muscles can lift, or applying a force against a resistance.

3) Flexibility
Is an important part of fitness that we need to keep into our old age. Babies have a natural suppleness and can suck their toes (not that as a teenager you would probably want to do this still), we lose flexibility as we grow older. We should always remember to warm up before competition to stretch our muscles and tendons.

4) Muscular endurance
Is the ability of the muscle to work for long periods of time without tiring. A marathon runner is an extreme case of a person who has muscular endurance in the leg muscles (Hamstrings and Gastrocnemius in particular).

5) Body Fat
Another facet of health is maintaining a good body fat percentage. It can be difficult to reach a good level of fitness in the above areas if you are carrying extra weight. It can also be difficult to reach a good level of fitness if your body is underweight, not storing enough energy to keep you going. Being underweight can also mean that the body does not build muscle tone, and can cause joint injuries as fat pads cushion the joints. You can measure, with skinfold calipers, the amount of our body weight which is fat.
We all differ in shape and size, but the average acceptable body fat percentage for a male is 15%, and for a woman 25%. That means that if a woman weighs 60kgs, then 15kgs of her body weight should be fat. A woman naturally has more body fat than a man to help her body during pregnancy.
Keeping body fat under control can be very difficult for a lot of people, and fortunes are made devising new "diets" because more people are overweight in this country than ever before. There is also a fear of fat that is causing some people, women and girls especially, to stay dangerously underweight. The only way to stay an appropriate weight is to keep a balance between food intake and the calories we burn.

7 Benefits of Exercise

7 Benefits of Regular Physical Activity

1. Exercise improves your mood.
Need to blow off some steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a brisk 30-minute walk can help you calm down.
Exercise stimulates various brain chemicals, which may leave you feeling happier and more relax.

2. Exercise combats chronic diseases.
Worried about heart disease? Hoping to prevent osteoporosis? Regular exercise might be the ticket.
Regular exercise can help you prevent — or manage — high blood pressure. Your cholesterol will benefit, too. Regular exercise boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or "good," cholesterol while decreasing low-density lipoprotein (LDL), or "bad," cholesterol. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly by lowering the buildup of plaques in your arteries.
And there's more. Regular exercise can help you prevent type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and certain types of cancer.

3. Exercise helps you manage your weight.
Want to drop those excess pounds? Trade some couch time for walking or other physical activities.
This one's a no-brainer. When you exercise, you burn calories. The more intensely you exercise, the more calories you burn — and the easier it is to keep your weight under control. You don't even need to set aside major chunks of time for working out. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk during your lunch break. Do jumping jacks during commercials. Better yet, turn off the TV and take a brisk walk. Dedicated workouts are great, but activity you accumulate throughout the day helps you burn calories, too.
4. Exercise strengthens your heart and lungs.
Winded by grocery shopping or household chores? Don't throw in the towel. Regular exercise can leave you breathing easier.
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. In fact, regular exercise helps your entire cardiovascular system — the circulation of blood through your heart and blood vessels — work more efficiently. Big deal? You bet! When your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you'll have more energy to do the things you enjoy.

5. Exercise promotes better sleep.
Struggling to fall asleep? Or stay asleep? It might help to boost your physical activity during the day.
A good night's sleep can improve your concentration, productivity and mood. And, you guessed it, exercise is sometimes the key to better sleep. Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. The timing is up to you — but if you're having trouble sleeping, you might want to try late afternoon workouts. The natural dip in body temperature five to six hours after you exercise might help you fall asleep.

6. Exercise can put the spark back into your sex life.
Are you too tired to have sex? Or feeling too out of shape to enjoy physical intimacy? Exercise to the rescue.
Regular exercise can leave you feeling energized and looking better, which may have a positive effect on your sex life. But there's more to it than that. Exercise improves your circulation, which can lead to more satisfying sex. And men who exercise regularly are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise, especially as they get older.

7. Exercise can be — gasp — fun!
Wondering what to do on a Saturday afternoon? Looking for an activity that suits the entire family? Get physical!
Exercise doesn't have to be drudgery. Take a ballroom dancing class. Check out a local climbing wall or hiking trail. Push your kids on the swings or climb with them on the jungle gym. Plan a neighborhood kickball or touch football game. Find an activity you enjoy, and go for it. If you get bored, try something new. If you're moving, it counts!

Global Recession is on the way

Just like a wheel, sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. It is same with the economy. Sometimes the prices is high and sometimes the price hits the bottom lines. The last global recession was in 1997-1998, and it hits al asean contries so hard. All this scenario cant be avoid by economy expert but i strongly believe this recession or economy slowdown is been created by jewish expertise. They create a hidden system, they speculate the market and they destroy the market. In the current scenario in U.S, the turmoil in the credit and housing markets is prominent. This has crept into the real economy, visible through the weakening labour market and the increasingly vulnerable consumer. Compounding this is the fact that borrowers are the furthest behind on their debt payments in 15 years.
My advice is, get ready to face all this. Spent as much money as you can because you will be rich if you buy shares in the lower price and HOLD it for 3-4 years..
This is my personal comment and only it is suggestion..Not recommendation to buy or hold..
